Everything is made fresh and by hand, so we generally need 5 days notice, however we do have our chocolate cakes iced in ganache available within 24 hours. Email us for urgent orders, we may be able to help.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email which includes pick up address. Pick ups are available Friday afternoons and Saturday morning or evening. Classic chocolate cakes can be collected any day, we also offer delivery.

We will be in contact closer to your event to arrange a specific pickup time or drop off (if you have paid for shipping). Feel free to get in contact sooner to lock in timing.

We also create larger cakes, wedding cakes and bespoke corporate treats. Please email us to discuss your requirements.

We do our best to get to all enquiries, but mostly operate during regular business hours.

Head to the home page to place your order!

If you cancel within 7 days there will be no refund as planning and prep for your order will have most likely started. If you cancel prior to this you will be entitled to a partial refund as fees have already been deducted for accepting your payment and we may have turned down other orders to secure your space and spent time processing this order. If you or someone gets sick, this is obviously out of your control and we will happily hold a credit for you and change your order date.

Order acceptance- It is the customers responsibility to check the order upon collection and by taking the items  you are acknowledging you are happy and have inspected. We pride ourselves on amazing flavours and quality, we check and test ALL cakes and other foods regularly throughout the process, if you feel that you are not happy with your order it will need to be returned and only a small amount eaten (tested) so that we can fully inspect. If you have eaten and not just tested,  no refund will be given.

Artistic expression- We reserve the right to artistic expression and cannot replicate a cake exactly, we will endeavour to create something amazing for you and we are sure you will love it!

Cake Care-

Keep your cake flat when transporting, the passenger floor is ideal!

Keep aircon on low so the car is cool but not to powerful that it melts the cake

Cakes should be eaten at room temperature but being buttercream shouldn’t be out of the fridge for more than 4 hours in winter or 3 hours in summer. So we recommend collecting your cake 1 hour before your event in summer and 1-2 hours in winter., unless you have a drinks fridge or somewhere you can store for the day/night before the event

Once cut, keep in an airtight container and cut pieces as you need them, bring a slice to room temp for 15 mins or so before eating

Our cakes are very tall so your lid won’t close on your cake box, if you need a cake box that covers the entire cake please email us, additional charges will apply
