Ordering
All cakes are made fresh to order using quality ingredients. Most cakes require 3–5 days notice, depending on the design and availability. If you need something sooner, feel free to send us an email and we’ll do our best to help.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup is from Karaka, Auckland. Cakes are available for pickup Monday–Saturday, with Sunday pickup occasionally available by arrangement. Local delivery is available — simply select your area at checkout. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the pickup address. If you need to arrange a specific pickup time, you can reply to that email.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. We accept credit card, debit card, and Afterpay.
Changes & Cancellations
Because cakes are made to order, cancellations made within 7 days of pickup are generally non-refundable, as planning and preparation will likely have already begun. If you cancel earlier, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus payment processing and administration fees, particularly if we have declined other orders to reserve your date. If unexpected circumstances arise, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Design Notes
Every cake is made by hand, so small variations may occur. If you provide inspiration photos, we will create a cake in a similar style, but it may not be identical. This allows us to create something beautiful and unique for your celebration.
Cake Care
Keep your cake flat when transporting — the passenger-side floor of your car is ideal. Use air conditioning if needed, but avoid blowing cold air directly onto the cake. Cakes are best served at room temperature. Buttercream cakes should not be left out of the fridge for more than: 4 hours in winter 3 hours in summer In warmer months, we recommend collecting your cake around 1 hour before your event. Store leftovers in an airtight container and bring slices to room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

Do you make custom shapes? We work exclusively with buttercream and currently offer round and heart-shaped cakes only.
Can I pay on collection? No — all orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
